Refund policy

Products offered through CNealDesigns.com are "print-on-demand" products, meaning they are printed for you specifically when you place your order.  Returns on print-on-demand products are not the same as those for warehoused products such as those offered by Amazon and its retailers.  All products are produced only when ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color or simply change your mind.  There is also a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement on items, which means that minor variations in the placement of the printing are normal and will not be considered defects. Cancelations of product orders are not accepted.

Damage issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.  In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if contacted within 30 days of product delivery.  

If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same printed design, an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Because the book Auntie Pawsworth's Feline Advice Column is printed on demand, copies of the book are not returnable. We humbly recommend gifting the book to someone you know who likes cats or donating it to your local library.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Certain types of items, even though they may not currently be sold through our store, we list anyway in event they may be added to our products in the future: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our online contact form.

We are do not pay duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer.
